We are now entering week 4. I hope you are all still working hard. I have only gotten a few updates from last week, and still need some from the previous week as well. Keep up the good work!

How To Earn Points
Work our for 1 hour or more = 2 pts
Work out for 30 minutes = 1 pt
Eat no white bread, potatoes, pasta, or rice = 1 pt (whole grain breads and pastas, and brown rice are okay)
Eat no sugary treats or desserts = 1 pt
Drink no soda (diet or regular) = 1 pt
Drink six 8 oz. glasses of water = 1 pt
